Communication Triage Assistant

A private, personal assistant. Not a public service.

Communication Triage Assistant is a personal tool built and used by one person, Colin Gifkins, to keep up with his own email, calendar, contacts and to-do list. It runs on a computer he owns. It is not offered to anyone else, has no other users, and is not for sale.

What it does

• Email (Gmail). Reads recent messages in the user's own mailbox to work out which ones need action, summarizes them, and suggests to-dos. It can save a reply as a draft. It never sends email.
• Calendar. Suggests events and changes to the user's own calendar, and creates or edits an event only after the user approves it.
• Contacts. Reads the user's contacts so it recognizes who a message is from, and can add or update a contact when the user asks.
• To-dos and notes. Keeps a to-do list and a private notes library, and suggests the next step for each to-do.

How your information is handled

Every action that changes something is suggested first and done only when the user approves it. Data stays on the user's own computer and in the user's own accounts. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else. The full details are in the privacy policy.
